We provide IP-enabled voice and messaging services to businesses, carriers, and communications platforms in the United States. We also offer software development, from custom applications to integrations that connect communications with the systems a business already uses.
Calls and text messages still carry some of the most important conversations a business has: a new customer's first call, an appointment reminder, a support request. We started Nexora to give companies a communications partner that treats those conversations with care and is straightforward about how the service works, what it costs, and which rules apply.
The company took effect on August 23, 2026. It is member-managed, and Lazmee Sheikh is its sole member and CEO. Since formation, Nexora has completed the registrations shown in the timeline below.
