How DIDs & Toll-Free Numbers works
A DID (direct inward dial) number is an ordinary local phone number that routes to your phone system. You can assign one to a person, a department, or a campaign.
Toll-free numbers use prefixes such as 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, and 833. The called business pays for the call rather than the caller.
What it includes
- Local US numbers, subject to availability
- Toll-free numbers, subject to availability

- Caller name (CNAM) requests where available
