This notice explains how Nexora Communications LLC handles Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI") under Section 222 of the Communications Act and FCC rules.
1. What CPNI Is
CPNI is information we obtain because we provide your telecommunications service. It includes the types of service you use, how you use them, call detail records, and related billing information. It does not include your name, address, or telephone number in the form of published directory information.

You have a right, and we have a duty under federal law, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI.
3. How We Use CPNI
- To provide, bill for, and support your service
- To protect our network and customers against fraud and abuse
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests
- For other purposes you approve
4. Marketing Choices
We ask for the approval the law requires before using CPNI for marketing outside your existing service relationship. Refusing or withdrawing approval will not affect the service you receive. Contact us at any time to change your choice.
5. Access to Your Information
We verify a caller's identity before discussing call detail or other CPNI. Tell us promptly if your authorized contacts change.
6. Unauthorized Disclosure
If CPNI is disclosed without authorization, we will notify the required authorities and affected customers as FCC rules require.
