This Privacy Policy explains how Nexora Communications LLC ("Nexora," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our communications services. Nexora's mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive #32131, Austin, TX 78731, USA.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account and contact details — name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, and registered E911 service addresses.
- Payment information — billing details needed to process your payments.
- Support and sales communications — messages you send through our contact form, email, or support channels.
Information generated by use of the services
- Call detail records (CDRs) — numbers called, calling numbers, date, time, duration, and routing data, generated whenever calls or messages traverse our network. We do not record the content of your calls unless you enable a recording feature, and we do not read the content of your messages except as needed to deliver them or as required by law.
- Technical data — IP addresses, SIP endpoint information, device/user-agent data, and service logs used for operations and security.
2. CPNI — A Special Category
As a provider of interconnected VoIP service, certain data about your use of our services — such as call detail records, service configuration, and billing data — is Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) protected by Section 222 of the Communications Act and FCC rules. We use CPNI to provide and bill for the services, for fraud prevention, and for lawful purposes you authorize. We do not sell CPNI, and we do not use it for third-party marketing. You may decline any CPNI-based marketing from us without affecting your service.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, bill, and support the services;
- Route emergency (911) calls using your registered address;
- Detect and prevent fraud, robocall abuse, security incidents, and network attacks;
- Comply with legal obligations, including FCC regulatory filings (such as FCC Form 499), lawful subpoenas, and emergency disclosure requirements;
- Respond to inquiries and send service notices; and
- With your consent, send marketing about our own services (opt out any time).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Interconnecting carriers and service providers — to route and complete calls and messages (signaling data necessarily travels with the call);
- E911 service providers and PSAPs — your registered location and callback number are transmitted when 911 is dialed;
- Vendors — hosting, billing, analytics, and support providers bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities — where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect life and safety; and
- Successors — in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the site and understand aggregate usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We keep account records for the life of the account plus the period required for tax, billing-dispute, and regulatory purposes. CDRs are retained for at least the period required by applicable law and our billing cycle, then deleted or anonymized. Support correspondence is retained as long as needed to serve you.
7. Security
We protect information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and logging. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and regulators as required by law, including FCC breach-notification rules applicable to CPNI.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion — you may request deletion, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Marketing opt-out — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; service notices are not marketing.
- State privacy laws — residents of Texas (TDPSA), California (CCPA/CPRA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and non-discrimination. We honor verified requests regardless of your state.
To exercise any right, email mayamorgan@nexro.org or write to the address above. We verify requests and respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Children
Our services and website are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Visitors
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access the website from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US.
